Each ALL ACCESS PACKAGE receives one ticket for each Mainstage Season show offering, plus The Classic in San Marco, every episode of Stories on Stage,

and all the offered extras.

Additional add-on tickets are the lowest possible rate of $22, as available. 

Seat selection opens June 22, 2025.

SUBSCRIBER PACKAGE

Each SUBSCRIBER PACKAGE receives one ticket for each Mainstage Season show offering. This package does not include a seat for The Classic in San Marco, any episode of Stories on Stage, or any offered extras.

Additional add-on tickets are at a reduced rate of $25, as available.

Seat selection opens June 22, 2025.

All tickets for each show in our Mainstage, Classic and Extras are $31 each seat.

Single tickets go on sale closer to show opening dates,

check our calendar for availability.

BOX OFFICE ACCESS:

Reservations can be made online anytime. For faster assistance send an email: boxoffice@theatrejax.com. The box office is open Wednesdays-Friday from 10:30 - 2:30pm. Telephone messages will be returned in the order they are received. If you have any questions or need to schedule an appointment, please contact the Box Office at 396-4425.

​TICKET POLICIES:

• Theatre Jacksonville package holders who require additional tickets never pay full price. 

• Ticket exchanges cannot be handled at the Box Office window prior to showtime. Please handle exchanges via the Box Office during intermission, after the show or during regular box office hours.

• A 24-hour cancellation notice is required if the reservation is to be changed to a later date.

• All tickets are to be paid for in advance, no reservations are held unless you are a package holder.

• Reserved tickets are held until ten minutes before curtain, unless other arrangements are made. After that time the tickets will be released.
