EVENINGS on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays at 7:30pm

MATINEES on Sundays at 2:00PM

Currently, we provide SOCIAL DISTANCED SELECT SEATING IN ROW M.

No one sits in the blocked off rows ahead or behind and no one, outside your party, sits within two seats of you on either side. If you want these seats, call or email the box office and we will try to make it happen for you!

Children under 7 years of age will NOT be admitted. NO outside food or drink is permitted, including Peterbrooke. No weapons permitted on premises. Theatre Jacksonville will not sell or share your personal information. Latecomers are sat only at the discretion of the staff.

  • ON SHOW DAYS, THE LOBBY BOX OFFICE OPENS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO CURTAIN.

  • THE OFFICE/ADMIN BOX OFFICE ARE CLOSED FOR MAJOR HOLIDAYS, INCLUDING ENTIRE WEEK OF JULY 4th.

ALL ACCESS RESERVATIONS & CHANGES:

Reservations can be made online anytime or with our staff during regular

box office hours, Wednesday through Friday from 10:30-2:30pm.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All individual ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. The use of camera and recording devices, cell phones, beepers and other electronic devices during the performance is prohibited. NO PICTURES OR VIDEO allowed.

The playhouse doors will  OPEN 30 MINUTES BEFORE CURTAIN. Latecomers will only be seated at the discretion of the house manager. If allowed entry, you will be sat in a seat of our choosing for your safety and to minimize the disruption to the patrons and volunteers on stage. If the show has an intermission, you may move to your assigned seat at that time. If we are unable to seat you, we may be able to move your tickets to a performance later in the run.

Please turn your electronic communication devices to SILENT during the performance. If you need to use your device during the performance, please exit the playhouse and the theatre to the street.

Theatre Jacksonville reserves the right to refuse anyone and eject any person, with or without warning, if that person is disruptive, or might cause harm to himself/herself, or cause harm to others, or cause damage to the venue.
